SPENCE: IT WOULD BE AN HONOR TO FIGHT MANNY PACQUIAO NEXT

After administering a beatdown against the ambitious and overmatched Mikey Garcia at the AT&T Statdium in Arlington, Texas Saturday night (Sunday in Manila), IBF world welterweight champion Errol Spence nearby Desoto, called out Filipino boxing legend Manny Pacquiao who watched the fight and climbed to the ring to personally congratulate Spence.
"He's broken records here before, he's a legend in the sport and it'd be my honor to fight him next," said Spence.
Pacquiao fought twice in the same arena who was then named as Cowboys Stadium against Joshua Clottey on March 13, 2010 and against Antonio Margarito on Nov. 13, 2010.
When asked by Fox News interviewer, Pacquiao said, "Yes, why not? We'll give the fans a good fight. I'm so happy to be here at AT&T Stadium and I hope I will be back here soon."
Pacquiao (61-7-2, 39KOs) who captured twelve major world titles in eight divisions and crowned lineal champion in five divisions, is the current WBA regular world welterweight champion. Spence (25-0-0, 21KOs) retained his IBF world welterweight belt after dispatching Garcia in a shutout win.
