ORTIZ WINS TRILOGY OVER LIDDELL WITH BRUTAL FIRST ROUND KNOCKOUT (QUOTES & PHOTOS)

Tito Ortiz stopped Chuck Liddell in the first round in a battle between two UFC Hall Famers at The Forum in Inglewood, CA Saturday night (Sunday in Manila) promoted by Oscar de la Hoya's Golden Boy Promotions 14 years after their first fight and 12 years after their rematch.
Ortiz iced 'The Iceman' with a lethal right hand to the chin that sent Liddell crumbling to the canvas and never recovered.

?Woooooo! I want to shout out to my son Jacob who I talked to on the phone ? to my son Jesse, Jr. too I want you to know that dad loves you! I was so happy to get inside the ring. You know how much your dad works.?

Chuck Liddel:
?I wouldn?t have made this comeback if I didn?t feel like I was in great shape. I made a mistake. I got caught. I came to give my best show. There are no excuses. I wanted to give my best performance but I came short.?
