Atlantic City, NJ: Tickets go on sale Friday, May 18 at 10 a.m. ET for the highly-anticipated WBO Light Heavyweight World Title showdown between two-time champ Sergey "Krusher" Kovalev (32-2-1, 28 KOs) and long-time #1 contender Eleider "Storm" Alvarez (23-0, 11 KOs) which takes place Saturday, August 4 at the Etess Arena at the brand-new Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City. Tickets range from $50 to $200 and are available online at TicketMaster.com and HardRockHotelAtlanticCity.com.
The event is presented by Main Events and Krusher Promotions in association with Groupe Yvon Michel and will be televised live on HBO Championship Boxing? beginning at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT.
About Kovalev-Alvarez: In the first boxing event at the newly opened Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, NJ, Sergey "Krusher" Kovalev will defend his WBO Light Heavyweight World Title against undefeated contender Eleider "Storm" Alvarez on Saturday, August 4, 2018.
