PhilBoxing.com Tue, 01 May 2018

Four times Victorian champion and currently No. 3 rated Australian boxer Terry Tzouramanis gets the opportunity of a lifetime when he fights Davao southpaw Jay-ar Inson on the undercard of Pacquiao vs Matthysse 'Fight of Champions' at the Axiata Arena on July 15 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Their fight has been scheduled for eight rounds in the welterweight division.
Inson is being trained by Pacquiao trainer Nonoy Neri and has a very good 16-1 record while Terry Tzouramanis has 19 wins, three losses and three draws. Two of Tzouramanis' losses where via split decision.
"Terry Tzouramanis is an aggressive fan friendly boxer who always gives %100 in every fight. We would like to thank MP Promotions matchmaker Sean Gibbons and Senator Manny Pacquiao for the opportunity to fight on a world wide audience on a big stage. Also Ben Chua and myself have been in Terry's corner for all of his 25 professional bouts which I have promoted and looking forward to being in KL for Terry again," said Peter Maniatis.
"We are very appreciative and excited about the opportunity to fight Jay-ar Inson on July 15th in Kuala Lumpur. Thank you to Sean Gibbons and Peter Maniatis. It will be a fantastic experience for Terry to compete in such a high profile event. With that said, we are not travelling to Kuala Lumpur merely for the experience. Our primary focus is to win the fight,? Terry's trainer Ben Chua, for his part issued a warning to Inson.
