IBF FLYWEIGHT CHAMPION JOHNREIL CASIMERO FEATURED ON ?THE MAIN EVENT? SATURDAY AT 8:30 P.M. ON PINOY BOX OFFICE OVER SKY C ABLE PhilBoxing.com Sat, 17 Sep 2016  International Boxing Federation flyweight champion Johnreil Casimero who has been described by renowned boxing man Sean Gibbons as ?the best kept secret in Philippine boxing? will be featured in this week?s top-rated Viva Sports weekly boxing show, The Main Event. It will be telecast at 8:30 p.m. on Pinoy Box Office over Sky Cable nationwide, this Saturday with a replay at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday. The program will feature a pre-fight interview with unbeaten British champion Charlie Edwards, insights into Casimero?s intense training with veteran mentor Jhun Agrabio and highlights of the title fight in which Casimero won by a 10th round TKO. Team Casimero?s arrival at the Manila International Airport and interviews with Johnreil, Agrabio and co-promoter Sammy Gello-ani will also be included in the program as well as snippets of the press conference hosted by Victory Mall in Caloocan City in which Gello-ani spoke of their plans for the future. Also on tap will be the interview we did with boxing man Sean Gibbons who was there at the sprawling and classy O2 Arena in London for the title defense which Johnreil controlled from the opening bell before ending it in the 10th round. The Casimero-Edwards fight before some 18,500 fans preceded the major attraction which was the middleweight showdown between Gennady Golovkin and Kell Brooks which was a war from the very first minute.  |
