New Boxing Gym Opens In Woodland Park, NJ PhilBoxing.com Thu, 08 Sep 2016 Former heavyweight knockout artist Lou Esa is happy to announce the opening of North Jersey?s newest boxing gym, GH3 Boxing, which opens today, September 7 at 20 Andrews Drive in Woodland Park. ?New Jersey, especially North Jersey, has become a Mecca for bringing forth some of the top fighters in the game,? said Esa. ?From amateurs to pros, we want to continue in the tradition of Jersey being known for producing elite fighters.? Sharing the responsibilities of coaching with Esa?who has trained countless professional and amateur boxers?is Willie ?Wali? Moses. Moses ran a gym in Newark, NJ for several years and has produced several national champions, and partnered with Esa, the duo expect to provide the North Jersey region with a top boxing club. ?We are so excited to open the doors to the public, this has been a long time coming, and we not only have a state-of-the-art boxing facility, together Wali and myself have the knowledge and experience to produce champions inside and out of the ring.? In addition to competitive training, Esa says GH3 will also offer personal training for anyone looking to learn the sweet science. With GH3 Promotions, Esa has worked with more than a handful of prospects, grooming them through the professional boxing rankings, and now he will also be able to work firsthand coaching and offering his tutelage. With the opening of GH3 Boxing Gym they will offer the full spectrum of competitive boxing from training and coaching to promoting. ?We already have shows planned for GH3, where we can showcase local talent and give these kids something to work towards,? said Esa. ?Amateur boxing is one of the best things a kid can get involved in.
