Fists of the Future protagonists? courtesy call to San Francisco Philippine Consulate
PhilBoxing.com Fri, 01 Jul 2016

Early Wednesday morning at 10 am, Pagara brothers Albert and Jason Pagara paid San Francisco Philippine Consul General Henry Bensurto Jr. an official visit at the consulate in downtown San Francisco.
During the meeting, Honorable Bensurto commended both fighters that with the growing recognition of the new Filipino Boxing stars like them, the strong legacy of Filipino pride brought by athletes to the country lives on. He assured the fighters they will have the full Philippine support on the night of the 9th.
With barely a week before their showdown at the San Mateo Event Center, the fighters are confident in dominating their Mexican opponents, but said they still need all the support they can get from fellow Filipinos in the Bay Area.
Having put his impressive, undefeated record on the line, ?Prince? Albert hopes he will be successful in defending his title, especially since his confrontation with world title challenger Juarez is considered to be his make or break fight. Aiming to get a shot at the world title next, the young Pagara is determined to win over the tough Mexican warrior in front of the supporters who will be present live and watching.
