Prince Albert confident of a win PhilBoxing.com Fri, 24 Jun 2016 ![]() In his career?s make-or-break fight, undefeated ?Prince? Albert Pagara anticipates a knockout win come July 9 at the San Mateo Event Center for Pinoy Pride 37: Fists of the Future. The second US edition of ALA Promotions International?s Pinoy Pride series, Fists of the Future will feature the Philippines? Albert Pagara against world title challenger Cesar Juarez. During the fight?s press launching earlier today at the Abs-Cbn International Office, Pagara said his fight with the Mexican warrior will end in a knockout. Although admitting International Boxing Hall of Famer Freddie Roach advised him to work on his stamina while training at the Wild Card Gym, Pagara is confident he can sustain how many rounds it will take him to win, ?He (Freddie Roach) told me to work on my stamina, because he knows Cesar Juarez as a fighter. Coach Freddie said he believes we are good fighters and could be champions, but we have to be careful and work hard for it?. He added he isn?t afraid of losing - and this goes out to every fight he has had and will have, as long as he comes prepared. According to the young Pagara, ?training is the key?. He believes his advantage over Juarez will be his power and speed. He also expressed his gratefulness to the way Roach trained him when his team was in LA, disclosing that he gets called out for what he needs to be doing instead even in mid sessions. Albert will have his first Meet and Greet schedules with brother and Fists of the Future co-main fighter Jason Pagara this Friday, June 24th at Seafood City in Milpitas, CA at 12 noon and on Saturday, 5pm at the Serramonte Mall in Daly City. ![]() |
