DONAIRE MAJOR PRESS CONFERENCE AT ABS-CBN TOMORROW

With excitement building up for five division world champion Nonito ?The Filipino Flash? Donaire?s title defense against former Hungarian Olympian and world No. 4 ranked Zsolt Bedak, the giant broadcast network ABS-CBN will hold a news conference at the 14th Floor, Executive Dining Room on Thursday.
Donaire who will be a guest on the extremely popular ?Showtime? is expected to arrive at the luncheon at 2:00 p.m. after the media and network executives have had lunch.
Among those at the presidential table will be Dino Laurena, Head, ABS-CBN Integrated Sports, March Ventosa, Head, Narrowcast / COO, Skycable, Carlo Katigbak, President & CEO, ABS-CBN, Nonito Donaire, Jr, his father/trainer Nonito Donaire Sr and Peter Musngi, Consultant, ABS-CBN Sports.
There will be a feature on Donaire?s greatest hits followed by the opening remarks of Dino Laurena, March Ventosa and Peter Musngi after which Donaire will address the guests to be followed by a question and answer session with the media and the customary photo op.
Donaire who went through a grueling five rounds of sparring on Tuesday in the sweltering heat of the ?In This Corner? Gym in Sucat, Paranaque told The Standard he plans to spar on Friday but most probably at late evening when it is expected to be cooler.
