KONCZ STATEMENT ON WAITER SALVADOR'S LAWSUIT AGAINST PACQUIAO

Mike Koncz statement on the Waiter's lawsuit:
First and foremost, Manny or I do not know or have never spoken to this waiter Gabriel Salvador. Furthermore, we have no knowledge of this alleged meeting between Salvador, Roach and Moonves other than what we have recently read in the media nor was anybody authorized on Manny Pacquiao's behalf to participate.
The statement made by Salvador that "Keith Davidson an attorney for Manny tried to strong arm him" is a flagrant misrepresentation of fact as, Keith Davidson, is not Manny Pacquiao's attorney and or business associate.
The claims asserted by this waiter against Manny Pacquiao are a total shakedown and amount to nothing more than extortion which will be vigorously defended in a court of law by our attorney David Marroso of O Melveny & Myers. Moreover, we shall seek all damages incurred to Manny Pacquiao by these frivolous and merit less allegation made against him by Salvador.
