Pagara is dogged to defend his title in ?Pinoy Pride 35: Stars of the Future? this February 27 at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino. Pagara, who is sporting a record of 18 knockouts in 25 wins with no losses, will get this chance when he trades blows with Nicaraguan champion Yesner ?Cuajadita? Talavera in the 35th installment of the famed Pinoy Pride series. The undefeated Pagara, who won his last bout against William ?Chirizo? Gonzalez by sending him sprawling to the ropes by a powerful jab, is expected to deliver his full arsenal this February after his spectacular US debut. When asked to assess his coming fight with Talavera, the undefeated 21-year old Pagara said, ?I'm not worried about this fight [with Talavera]. What's important is I'm training all the time. I'm training hard. So whoever is front of me, I'm always ready.? The highly anticipated Pagara is one of the most promising boxers of the fabled ALA Boxing Gym and has fought and claimed significant rankings such as WBO (rated 4th) in the world, IBF ranked 3rd and 8th in WBC.
