LARA STOPS ZAVECH IN THREE ROUNDS

International World Boxing Organization super-welterweight title Lara defeated Jan Zaveck by TKO in the 3rd round.
Lara largely dominated the first two rounds, later in the third round, Jan Zaveck complained of an injury to his shoulder and Lara continued beating him until the referee stopped the fight declaring Lara winner by TKO.
"I'm happy I made the fight that we had drawn and we delivered the strongest blows to Zaveck, too bad Jan got injured but I think we were fighting a very good fight like most fanatics "
"We met our fans here in Hialeah and I think all boxing fans in Miami were pleased with our performance. Furthermore, we demonstrated that we have convincing power, the tickets sold out very early and that demonstrates that we Cubans support boxing in Florida "Lara said.
"Now we can say we are on the right track, Hialeah Park and its directors have just been informed that ticket sales were a total success. I think the Cuban community showed their support for this event and that they are ready to support boxing. Florida state and Miami especially want to see these boxing matches more frequently " Luis De Cubas Sr. assure.
