CHICAGO -- On the second night of a back-to-back, the Chicago Bulls couldn't keep up with the streaking Atlanta Hawks.
Al Horford filled the stats sheet with 21 points, 10 rebounds and six assists to lead Atlanta to a hard-fought 93-86 win on Monday night at the Philips Arena. Paul Millsap added 17 while Jeff Teague and Kyle Korver each had 12 for the Hawks, who won 10 of their last 11 outings.
It was the Hawks' 10th victory in 11 games and they now soar to third place in the Eastern Conference with a 17-7 won-lost slate.
"The Bulls, who walloped the Miami Heat, 93-75 on Sunday night at the American Airlines Arena, saw all it starters finish in double figures with Jimmy Butler leading the way with 22. But Chicago made only 35 of 93 shots (37.6 percent) and dropped just 6-of-29 triples (20.7 percent).
