NBA -- Warriors beat Davis-less Pels, up streak to 16

New Orleans -- Anthony Davis? chest contusion hindered him from playing against the Golden State Warriors, but it still required an overtime session to beat the New Orleans Pelicans, 128-122, Sunday night at the Smoothie King Center.
?They hit some timely threes, eleven 3?s tonight and we have a few miscues on defense.? Pelicans head coach Monty Williams said during the post-game interview.
?Definitely, I?m being aggressive with AD (Anthony Davis) or not, but without him, you know, he helps a lot with the defense, not just the offense,? Evans said.
Tyreke Evans and Jrue Holiday?s led the team with 64 points combined, Evans 34 points, 8 rebounds and Holiday tallied 30 points, 9 assists gave burdened to Stephen Curry and the Warrior?s but still got the victory.
?It was just a tough game to win. They were playing well and hitting shots,?Curry said during the post-game interview.
Anderson and Cunningham added 15 and 13 respectively.
The Warriors, on the other hand, were led by Stephen Curry with 34. Klay Thompson had 29 and Andre Iguodala added 20.
