Macao, China - Dan Nazareno Jr. made it 2 - 0 for the Philippines with a TKO victory in the 2nd round over Liam Vaughan of England (8-2, 2 KOs).
Nazareno Jr. (18-10, 13 KOs) of Pampanga rocked Vaughan early in the fight and never stopped pursuing his fellow Manny Pacquiao spar mate in 2 rounds of their light middleweight fight.
The Filipino fighter assaulted Vaughan with plenty of hooks that found its target easily.
The Englishman had no answer against his rampaging Filipino opponent who was looking to finish him with a bang.
This prompted Vaughan's corner, trainer Marvin Somodio of the Wild Card Gym in Hollywood, California to throw in the towel to stop the punishment with a full two minute left in the 2nd.
Nazareno Jr. improved to 18-10, and earned the 14th knockout victory of his career.
