WBC Silver Strawweight Champion Denver Cuello-Singwangcha and Mexican foe Ganigan Lopez both tipped the scales at 105 pounds at the weigh-in held at the Plaza Centro, Celaya, Mexico.
Mexican fans gathered at the Plaza to witness the two warriors hit the scales and face each other before their fight tomorrow which will be aired live via Fox Sports 7PM Pacific Time. Both Cuello and Lopez has unleashed vows to stop each other in a war that will qualify them as mandatory challengers to current strawweight champion Kazuto Ioka of Japan.
According to Cuello's manager Aljoe Jaro, "Denver is 100% ready. He is prepared to go for 18 rounds as per our training. I have all the confidence that he will win by knockout and it is the kind of win that his Mexican fans want to see. They call him "Animal" here while some call him Little Pacquiao. I am inviting all Filipinos with access to Fox Sports to watch the fight live for free tomorrow at 7PM Pacific time."
Good luck Denver!
