Croatian standout prospect Lovro Pavčec (20) defeated the previously unbeaten Venezuelan Javier Contreras (12-1, 12 KOs) via fifth-round knockout to claim the World Youth Bridge-weight title in the main event held at Pavilion 10a of the Zagreb Fair in Zagreb, Croatia.
Pavčec managed to find his range and get the better of Contreras from the opening round; in the fourth, Contreras was sent to the canvas after absorbing sustained combinations to the body and head.
