WBO President Francisco "Paco" Valcarcel announced the ring officials for the WBO Flyweight Championship between the Filipino-American champion Brian Viloria and Mexican challenger Omar Nino Romero on May 13 (Manila Time) at Ynares Arena, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

The referee is Michael Ortega of the USA. The judges are Danrex Tapdasan (Philippines), Carlos Ortiz, Jr. (USA) and Glen Feldman (USA). WBO Supervisor is Leon Panoncillo (USA/Thailand).
