Pinoy Pride 41 pugilists to hold two public shows this weekend

Current WBO International Featherweight champion Mark ?Magnifico? Magsayo (16-0-0, 12KOs) leads this weekend?s activities in Cebu City ahead of ALA Promotions? Pinoy Pride 41: ?New Generation Warriors? scheduled on July 8 at the IC3 Convention Center (formerly IEC Pavilion) in Mabolo, Cebu.

Currently ranked #3 by the WBO, Magsayo is set to defend his international title against Nicaragua?s no.2 super featherweight veteran Daniel ?El General? Diaz. Diaz holds a record of 23 wins and 7 losses, with 15KOs.

Joining Magsayo, RP no.1 super bantamweight Jeo ?Santino? Santisima (13-2-0, 11KOs) and WBO no. 12 featherweight ?Prince? Albert Pagara will also be participating in the two-day activity together with the rest of the fighters in the Pinoy Pride 41 card.

By Friday, boxing fans young and old alike will be treated to a free-to-the-public Sparring Session at the Capitol Grounds in Cebu City. The whole Pinoy Pride 41 lineup will take the stage as they spar with fellow professional Filipino boxers in preparation for the big show next month.

On Saturday, the ALA Fitness Gym in Paseo Arcenas opens its? doors to spectators who are eager to see how the fighters train and get the chance to know their champions better outside the ring, as there will be a meet and greet and photo opportunity session after the workout as well

The Pinoy Pride 41 Public Sparring at the Capitol Grounds will be on Friday, June 9 at 5:30pm, while the Public Workout in ALA Fitness Gym Paseo Arcenas, Banawa will be on Saturday, June 10, at 6PM.
