KOREA UPDATE: ALLANIC, OTIC MAKE WEIGHT!

SEOUL--Two Filipino fighters seeing action tomorrow in a WBO card here easily made weight during official weigh-in held moments ago at the Korean Boxing Commission office supervised by WBO's Leon Panoncillo.

Robert Allanic of the ALA Boxing Gym came in at 117 3/4 lbs while his opponent Chang Jae Kwon was at an exact 118 lbs for their 12-round WBO Asia-Pacific interim bantamweight showdown tomorrow at the Shinheung University in Uijeongbu City, Korea

Filipino Fernando Otic checked in at 129 1/4 lbs while opponent Hee Jae Jo tipped the scales at 128 1/4 in advance of their 10-round WBO Asia Pacific Youth superfeatherweight clash.

Also present at the weigh-in ceremony was KBC top honcho Major Lee and top Filipino promoter Sammy Gello-ani.

Two other Filipinos, Glen Masicampo and Ruben Santillanosa, are also seeing action on the undercard in six-round bouts against Korean fighters.
