Genesis 'Azukal' Servania gave Angky Angkotta a terrific beating, landing hooks to the body and head in the openign round. The veteran Indonesian took it well and tried to press the action. But as Angkotta moves forward, Servania's exquisite counter punching skills unravelled with brutal precision, The punches landed like clockwork and in the sixth, blood was seeping from Angkotta's left eyebrow. In the 7th, with the Indonesian bloodied and beaten, Referee Tony Pesons stopped the carnage at 2:59. In a battle between two southpaws, Jimrex 'The Executioner' Jaca and Rachamonkol Sor Pleonchit entertained the crowd with fiery exchanges right from the opening bell. Jaca decked the Thai with a short left in the second round. Pleonchit stormed back in the 4th but in the sixth and seventh runds, sneaky uppercuts from Jaca staggered the Thai. A three punch combo decked the Thai in the 7th. Pleonchit got up on wobbly legs prompting referee Ben Necesario to halt the bout at the 53 second mark. For the other preliminary bouts: Mark Bernaldez won by TKO at the start of the 3rd round against Rolando Omela. Bernaldez knocked Omela down twice in the opening round and continued to punish his opponent in the second. Omela's corner subsequently decided that their boxer has had enough. Ralph Lulu won by unanimous decision against Alvin Makiling. The scores ? 76-75, 77-74, 77-74. Juren Labordo knocked down Marlou Talili twice in the second and continued to pummel Talili when he got up prompting Referee Ben Necesario to stop the beating at 1:07 of the 2nd. Rey Morales won by unanimous decision against Abel Gayhon. The scorecards read 60-54, 58-56 and 59-55. In the first bout of the night, Andrew Palas won by unanimous decision against Kazuma Ejiri of Japan, all three judges had it 39-37. Servania vs Angkotta. Jaca vs Rachamonkol.
