RWS Young Prospects featured in Tanjay City?s Boxing at the Square on August 21 By Rene Bonsubre, Jr. PhilBoxing.com Thu, 19 Aug 2010 ![]() Boxing fans in Tanjay City, Negros Oriental will be treated to an exciting night of boxing this August 21 as they will get a chance to see the up and coming fighters from the Rex ?Wakee? Salud Stable. Fernando Ocon of Cebu City and Nelson Llanos of Butuan City will headline the event with their ten round non-title light flyweight bout. Ocon, who sports the monicker ?Batang Bato? is an undefeated (5W-OL, 1 KO) second year pro. This year he beat Marjohn Macahilig by 6 round majority decision during Cebu?s Sinulog Festival followed by a second round TKO over Rey Morano in Tubod, Lanao del Norte. Llanos is an experienced veteran who has lost to the likes of Edrin Dapudong, Denver Cuello and Jin ? man Jeon. There will be five supporting bouts: RJ Anoos of Cebu City vs. Jomar Ministerio of Cagayan de Oro City (6 rounds featherweights), Christian Saga of Cebu City vs Gary Macalam of Cagayan de Oro City (6 rounds bantamweights), Romel Banquirigo of Gen. Santos City vs Renjie Sabanal of Siaton, Negros Oriental (4 rounds junior bantamweights), Roel Ocaris of Siaton, Negros Oriental vs Romnick Magos of Mabinay, Negros Oriental (4 rounds flyweights) and Radjah Nash Bantogan of Siquijor vs Arien Solo of Siaton, Negros Oriental (4 rounds featherweights).
