Mindoro beats Mexican, stays undefeated

WELJON “Triggerman” Mindoro of Zamboanga del Sur defeated Elias “Latin Kid” Espadas of Mexico by a unanimous decision last June 5 at the College Park Center Arlington in Texas, USA.
The 26-year-old Mindoro landed more powerful blows against Espadas.
The judges scored the 10-round bout as 97-92 [Javier Martinez], 98-91 [Michael Mitchell] and 96-93 [Erwin Sparks].
It was the 17th straight win by the 26-year-old Mindoro, who scored 16th knockout and one draw.
Espadas suffered his 9th loss against 23 wins and one draw.
Mindoro had a good training in Proboxtv with Coach Edgar Berlanga and Marc Farrait.
Mindoro’s managers are Gerry Balmes, Orlando Borcelango and Maeden Borcelango.
Garry Jonas of Pro Box Promotions and Sampson Lewkowicz of Sampson Boxing are the promoters.
