NBA PLAYOFFS -- Raptors handle Bucks in Game 5, take 3-2 lead
By Maria Macatangay PhilBoxing.com Tue, 25 Apr 2017

CHICAGO -- The Toronto Raptors are one game away from advancing to the Eastern Conference semifinals after pushing the Milwaukee Bucks to the brink of elimination with a 118-93 triumph on Monday night at the Air Canada Centre.
Norman Powell scored 25 points to lead Toronto while DeMar DeRozan and Kyle Lowry added a combined 34 as the Raptors seized Game 5, 118-93, to take a commanding 3-2 series lead.
The Bucks hopes to push the series to a seventh game when they host Toronto in Game 6 at the BMO Harris Bradley Center in Milwaukee on Thursday night (Friday AM in Manila).
Powell drilled four triples and had a pair of highlight dunks, drawing huge praise from Bucks coach Jason Kidd, who told the Associated Press, "Powell has come in with a lot of energy on both sides of the ball and they're feeding off of that."
Giannis Antetokounmpo rebounded from a sub-par Game 4 performance to score 30 points and 9 rebounds, but he had little help as only Malcolm Brogdon (19) and Greg Monroe (11) provided some meaningful offensive punch.
Meanwhile, all Raptors starters logged in double figures in points. Veteran Serge Ibaka had 18 and six boards, DeMarre Carroll contributed 12 points while Corey Joseph had 10 off the bench.
