Shooting guard Avery Bradley contributed 13 points in 13 minutes.,Terry Rozier had 12 points while Marcus Smart shared 9 points.

"Give us credit for playing a little harder than them and making them think a little more and getting them uncomfortable" Thomas told reporters after the game.

Karl-Anthony "Kat Man" Towns topscored for the Timberwolves with 27 points including 18 boards, Gorgui Dieng added 20, Andrew Wiggins 14, Zach LaVine 11 and Ricky Rubio had 11 points.

Thomas-Mayweather Friendship

Retired boxing champion Floyd Mayweather considered Thomas as his little brother, and last year while Thomas still playing for the Phoenix Suns Mayweather gave a Bentley as his birthday gift to Thomas.

Meanwhile, we all knew that Fighting Senator from the Philippines Manny "Pac Man" Pacquiao favorite team in 2008 is NBA multi-titled Boston Celtics
