AMONSOT UPDATE!

Just like yesterday, Amonsot did a light run for 35 minutes today. He then worked out at the Vegas Boxing gym and the workout consisted of 10 mins on the skipping rope, 4 rounds of shadow-boxing, three rounds of mitt work, and light abdominal exercises for what trainer Villamor described as 'maintenance training.'
Trainer Villamor said there's really nothing much to do, except maintain Amonsot's level of conditioning going into the weigh-in and fight night.
Amonsot is still in an ideal one pound over the 135-lb lightweight limit.
Amonsot battles the undefeated Michael Katsidis, a former amateur standout who racked up a record of 75-6 and represented Australia in the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
