Refusing to pit his wards against patsies, Saved by the Bell Promotions president and owner of Touch Gloves Boxing Gym Elmer Anuran said former WBO Oriental featherweight titlist Jun ??Hercules?? Doliguez will have his hands full against fellow world class boxer and former WBC International titlist Dennis ?? Scorpion?? Tubieron.
??SBB will give its boxers highly-qualified foes in order to thrill the fans,?? said the youthful Anuran, who is known for promoting action-packed boxing extravanganza.
Doliguez, a campaigner in the United States and Mexico, battles Doliguez September 19 at the Mandaluyong Gym. The event is supported by Mandaluyong Mayor Benhur Abalos and legal counsel Atty. Voltaire San Pedro.
Tubieron, a native of Puerto Princesa City, is under the wings of international promoter Bebot Elorde.
The 5-foot-7 Doliguez, pride of Malungon, Sarangani, Province, has an impressive record of 19-1-2, 14 KOs, while Tubieron sports 18-3-1, 8 KOs.
