EARLY RESULTS FROM MACAU: ANCAJAS TKO SITCHAMUANG IN 2ND ROUND

COTAI ARENA, MACAU -- Jerwin Ancajas of Cavite City, Philippines opens the night with a dominant first round against Inthanon Sithchamuang of Thailand for their 6-round super flyweight contest. Being the faster and busier fighter, Ancajas scored a lot of points with good right-left combinations and then knocking down the Thai towards the end of the round for good measure. In the second round, Ancajas continued to stalk Sithchamuang, almost hitting the Thai at will who ate a lot of straight lefts. The overmatched Thai went down again at 1:30 mark of the second round with Thai referee Sawaeng Taweekoon not bothering to count as Ancajas registered a 2nd round TKO win.
Ancajas improved his record to 17-1-1, 10 stoppages while Sithchamuang dropped to 19-7, 10KO.
