NBA -- Bobcats outrun Sixers, 105-88
By Homer D. Sayson PhilBoxing.com Sat, 07 Dec 2013

CHICAGO --- The Charlotte Bobcats scored a season-high 105 points and held the visiting Philadelphia Sixers to 88 to score their 9th win in 20 games this season.
Jefferey Taylor was the high point man for the Bobcats with 22 points while Kemba Walker had 18 and 1o assists. Big Al Jefferson also chipped in 14 and 12 boards Friday night at the Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte.
The Bobcats, who made 42 of 91 field goals and poured in 58 points in the paint, took control of the game with a 9-0 second quarter run and were never threatened from that point on.
"We've got a lot of good pieces this year. We play really hard as a unit. We all want to play hard for each other and have one common goal that unites us. I just had to get out there tonight and contribute. We wanted to take care of the home court and we did that tonight," Taylor told NBA.com following the Bobcats' fifth home win in 11 tries.
Tony Wroten led the losing Sixers with 22 points while Evan Turner added 16. Spencer Hawes has 10 and 13 boards. The Sixers, who played without rookie sensation Michael Carter-Williams due to right knee soreness, shot only 37 of 92 shots and fell to 7-13.
