Long time Pacquiao lawyer and now General Santos City councilor Franklin 'Jeng' Gacal suffered a stroke Saturday morning in General Santos and is now at the intensive care unit of St. Elizabeth Hospital. According to journalist and Gacal batchmate Edwin Espejo, Gacal complained of dizziness when he woke up yesterday morning where afterwards he was rushed to the hospital. He is conscious but has difficulty moving the right side of his body. Gacal's friends and relatives request for prayers for his speedy recovery.
