RAMIREZ NOT FIGHTING DOLIGUEZ!

In a recent Philboxing news, it was announced that WBO #7 world rated fighter, the WBO International Featherweight Champion Jose ?Negro? Ramirez will be fighting WBO #9 world rated fighter, Filipino Jun ?Hercules? Doliguez in Mexico on July 20.
In a phone interview with Ramirez, he told us that a fight with Doliguez was only mentioned, but no contracts were signed. "They offered me $3,000 for the fight, which is a joke for an 8 round fight against Doliguez. We are currently under negotiations for a fight on the undercard of Marquez vs. Bradley this coming October 12 in Las Vegas," Ramirez said.
"If Doliguez wants to avenge the defeat of Rey ?Boom Boom? Bautista, Doliguez should be man enough and challenge me for a title, not an 8 round fight. I am open to fight again in the Philippines under the right conditions and the right Promotion," Ramirez said.
