SGG Unveils First Card for 2007 in Borbon, Cebu

SGG Sports Promotions headed by international promoter, Sammy ?Don King? Gello-ani unveils its first boxing promotion of the year on January 6, 2007 at the Borbon Sports Complex, Borbon, Cebu.
Headlining the card will be Borbon-native Aljun Salogaol in a fistic battle against veteran journeyman, Jerry Manganip.
This boxing event, presented in association with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Borbon and the Association of Barangay Captains ? Borbon led by Mayor Neal Vergara and Vice Mayor Butch Sepulveda, will be part of the opening activities for the week-long celebration of their fiesta.
The 34-round boxing card will also feature undefeated prospect and former National Youth Champion Wilson ?Weng? Haya as he trades mitts with Rico Genon. Undercards also include Marjo Borres against Nelson Llanos, Ricky Sismundo against Danny Logramonte and debuting Mark John Yap against Julius Cabusas in the card opener.
