CEBU CITY -- The Living Legend and 3 time world champion Marco Antonio Barrera arrived in Cebu last night at 6:45PM and was greeted by his brother Jorge Barrera and by many Filipino fans.
Barrera spent two days in Japan with friends before heading to the Queen City of the South.
Barrera was rushed to the house of Don Antonio Aldeguer for a dinner with many of the elite in Cebu.
Barrera was in good spirits and is happy to be in the Philippines. He talked with boxing fans about boxing and his life away from fighting and now being a commentator for Azteca TV.
He is in town to see his boxer WBO Minimumweight Champion Moises Fuentes who will go up with the current WBO World Light Flyweight Champion Donnie ?AHAS? Nietes on Pinoy Pride XVIII tomorrow, March 2, at the Waterfront Hotel in Lahug.
