Judges score it 117-111, 116-112, 116-112 for the winner and now the WBC Interim Welterweight champion, Robert Guerrero.

Close fight in my eyes. I think the judges preferred Guerrero?s work rate over Aydin?s power punches. Given the fact that it was Guerrero?s first fight at 147lbs against a strong and legitimate welterweight, it was an impressive victory. More importantly, the fight was exciting and the fans gave both fighters a standing ovation after the end of the fight.
