Caballero of Panama on Saturday (Sunday in Manila) at Centro Benamex in Mexico City. Jhonny Gonzalez, 30, who is trained by legendary Mexican trainer Con Ignacion "Nacho" Beristain, has been WBO bantamweight and WBC featherweight world champion. Caballero (35-4, 23KO's), is a 28-year-old experienced slugger most willing to become the 30th boxing world champion born in Panama.
