Breaking News: Edrin Dapudong to challenge WBA champion "Tyson" Marquez in Mexico on July 2

Zanfer Boxing Promotions has announced in Mexico that Filipino flyweight Edrin ?The Sting? Dapudong (23-3, 13 KOs), who won by 4th round TKO over Benja Loemoli of Indonesia last Saturday in Cebu, will fight for the WBA flyweight title against world champion and dangerous Mexican slugger Herman "Tyson" Marquez in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico on July 2.
This will be the first title defense of the popular heavy hitter "Tyson" Marquez (30-2, 23 KOs) who claimed the WBA flyweight world title in a dramatic spectacular war with puncher former champion Luis "El Nica" Concepcion (22-2, 17KOs) last April 2 in Ciudad de Panama.
The exciting Marquez vs Dapudong WBA world title fight will take place at the Centro de Usos M?ltiples (CUM) in Hermosillo and will be broadcast in Mexico by TV Azteca.
