ALA-SUMMIT Amateur Boxing April 17 at Gaisano Country Mall PhilBoxing.com Fri, 15 Apr 2011  The ALA-Summit Natural Drinking Water continues to discover, develop and showcase the future of Philippine boxing through its grassroots program the ALA-Summit Natural Drinking Water Fight Night Amateur Series. Tomorrows boxing heroes will again be featured in a free to the public viewing of their bouts on April 17, 2011 at the Gaisano Country Mall Car Park 6 PM. To be showcased in the main event is Toledo City prospect Rhiyann Canillas vs Mark Andre Acub of Antique, Iloilo in the 62 kg. division. Prospects from all over the Visayas and Mindanao will likewise be put to the test in their quest to be the next big thing in Philippine boxing. The ALA-Summit Natural Drinking Water Fight Night Amateur Series is well in its fourth year of developing young fighters in the Philippine archipelago and has moulded and made boxing champions in the likes of OPBF Flyweight Champion Rocky Fuentes and newly crowned WBO Youth Light Welterweight Champion Jason Pagara who is only 19 years old.
