REVISH" OFFICIAL WEIGH-IN MAIN ATRIUM THIRD-FLOOR BALLROOM AT THE HORSESHOE CASINO 5:00 PM ON FRIDAY, APRIL 8 The media and general public are invited to the official weigh-in for the Hitz Boxing Fight Night AMIDU vs. REVISH event, a night of professional boxing featuring Yakubu "Black Mamba" Amidu (19-2-1, 16 KOs) vs. John Revish (10-2-2, 8 KOs) for the NABA-US Super Lightweight Title, plus an action-packed undercard, to be held in the main atrium third-floor ballroom at the Horseshoe Casino (777 Casino Center Drive, Hammond, IN 46320) at 5:00 pm on Friday, April 8. The next night, on Saturday, April 9, Hitz Boxing Fight Night AMIDU vs. REVISH will be held in The Venue at the Horseshoe Casino. Doors will open at 6 pm and the first bout will start at 7 pm. The night's undercard is packed with up-and-coming young contenders, mostly from the Chicago area. Scheduled to appear are: Hammond's own Ruben "Modern Day Warrior" Galvan (27-15-4, 10 KOs) in a welterweight match-up; Chicago middleweight Mike Kurzeja (4-0, 4 KOs); Chicago super middleweight Ninos Abraham (5-0, 2 KOs); Chicago heavyweight Dave Latoria (7-0, 3 KOs); Chicago junior lightweight Paulie Settepani making his pro debut; Chicago Junior Middleweight John Lewus (24-4-1, 20 KOs) and Chicago light welterweight Russell Fiore (4-0-1, 4 KOs) in separate bouts. All fighters involved and promoter Bobby Hitz will be available for interviews and photos.
