Rodriguez on Saturday, August 14th 2010. Donnie Nietes, born in Murcia Negros Occidental Philippines, has two prior victories against Erik Ramirez & Manuel Vargas respectively. This represents Nietes? third time on Mexican soil in defense of his WBO title.
On the same fight card, Sampson Boxing?s very own Melinda ?Maravilla? Cooper vs. Miriam ?Cuchillita? Avila settle their business in the Jr. Featherweight division.
This show will be aired live on Mexico?s television network giant Televisa, the Philippines, the Orient & the Middle East.
