"FIGHT NIGHT CLUB" 2010 OPENER IS LOS ANGELES' HOTTEST TICKET

OSCAR DE LA HOYA, POWER 106'S TATTOO & MANY OTHERS TO APPEAR
AT CLUB NOKIA TONIGHT

LOS ANGELES, February 25 - The second season premiere of Golden Boy Promotions and AEG's "Fight Night Club" series is here taking place tonight at L.A. LIVE's Club Nokia and has quickly become the hottest ticket in Los Angeles, with only only a limited number of tickets left to see "Vicious" Victor Ortiz take on Hector Alatorre in the main event, along with a host of Southern California's hottest prospects, including Charles Huerta, Luis Ramos Jr. and Carlos Molina.

With the new season, there will be new and exciting changes to the series, including the addition of Power 106's Tattoo as the emcee of the evening. Fans in attendance will also see an appearance by Golden Boy Promotions President Oscar de la Hoya as he watches the top rising talent in the game take to the ring for pivotal early career matchups. De La Hoya, Tattoo and a host of other celebrities will be on hand for the fights and also engaging the fans with contests, giveaways, door prizes and much more!

In the main event of this season's first show, exciting top junior welterweight contender "Vicious" Victor Ortiz returns to fight in front of his Southern California fans in a ten round bout against ultra-tough Hector Alatorre of Tulare, California.

In the co-main event, Paramount, California's Charles Huerta takes on veteran Guadalupe De Leon in featherweight action. The televised opening bout will see Santa Ana, California's undefeated lightweight Luis Ramos Jr. face his toughest test to date in Colombia's Walter Estrada and undefeated junior welterweight Carlos Molina from Norwalk, California will face Hensley Strachan. In other action undefeated Philadelphia native Karl Dargan takes on Mexico's Jose Alfredo Lugo, junior welterweight unbeatens collide when Las Vegas' Jessie Vargas takes on San Antonio's Robert Luna and Oxnard's junior featherweight Ricky Lopez faces Hugo Ramos of Palm Springs.

"Fight Night Club" is presented by Golden Boy Promotions and AEG and is sponsored by DeWalt Tools, Budweiser and Vitamin Water. The series will return to Club Nokia on March 25, April 22, May 27, June 24, July 29, August 26, September 30 and October 28. The fights will be streamed live online at www.RingTV.com and will be broadcast by Fox Sports Net on a delayed basis (check your local listings). Doors open at 6:00pm PT and the first bell rings at 7:00pm PT.

"Fight Night Club," is Golden Boy Promotions' and AEG's critically acclaimed live monthly boxing series taking place at L.A. LIVE's Cub Nokia, that presents boxing in a night club atmosphere, with a DJ, music, great food and a VIP room, as well as a unique setup where the ring is on Club Nokia's stage with standing room for fans in front of the ring, as well as reserved seating in the balcony. After the boxing action ends, fans are invited to stay to hear great music played by LA's hottest DJ's, dance and mingle with the fighters as the venue converts back into a night club.
