Rod Nazario files libel charges against Winchell Campos, Dong Secuya and Pedro Fernandez!

Manny Pacquiao's former manager Rod Nazario has filed libel charges against U.S. based Filipino writer Winchell Campos, MannyPacquiao.ph owner Dong Secuya and RingTalk.com's Pedro Fernandez.
This writer was in receipt yesterday afternoon of the summons sent from the office of Para?aque City Prosecutor Joaquin T. Escobar advising the three to appear in his office for preliminary investigation. The requested appearance date was July 12 but thanks to the inept Philippine postal system, the subpoena was only delivered July 19th which was originally mailed on July 1, 2005.
The three accused have yet to get a copy of the details of the charges.
