Team PH reigns in Senior League Softball Asia-Pacific and Middle East Regional Tournament in Indonesia

Team Philippines blanked Guam, 21-0, in their gold medal match to claim the coveted title in the just ended Senior League Softball Asia-Pacific and Middle East Regional Tournament held at JJC Community Center, West Java, Indonesia from June 16-24, 2026.
Team Philippines, represented by the Province of Bulacan/DepEd Bulacan Softball Dreamer also blanked Thailand, 24-0, in the semi-final round.
Team Philippines are composed of Erikca Mae Gonzales, Sheena Joy Panteria, Renarose Evangelista, Ladyryl Gerodias, Carlene Jade Santos, Princess Lyza Sioson, Jenarie Joy Santos, Melisa Evangelista, Releine Evangelista, Angel David, Roselyn Moyos, Ronalyn Moyos, Jax Katiana Efrain Fontillas, Engr. Rodolfo Iporong Jr., Rommel Sta. Ana, Jennifer Sta. Ana, Elizabeth Mandapat, Jomar Valderema, Mark Arliss Cloma , Jay Arr Tayao, Benjamin Santos Jr. Normel Benigno de Jesus and Jurella Bettina Basada.
“This outstanding accomplishment is a testament to the nation’s longstanding dedication [to] fostering excellence in the field of softball,” said Normel Benigno de Jesus, one of Delegation Officials headed by Benjamin Santos Jr. , PH delegation head.
Next assignment, they will be representing ASPAC Region to the World Series of Little League International Softball Competition on August 2-9, 2026 at Delaware, USA.
