Unbeaten Glenn "Rapid Fire" Gonzales of the Braveheart Boxing Club added another win for the Philippines after he defeated veteran Robert DaLuz in their 6-round encounter moments ago at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
The bout was in the undercard of the Ricardo Torres-Kendall Holt rematch for the WBO 140-lb title.
According to Philboxing.com's Rolly Hiso, who was at ringside to cover the fight, Gonzales prevailed via scores of 59-55 from the three ringside judges.
Gonzales, who used to spar with superstar Manny Pacquiao, is one of two Braveheart fighters recently signed up by Top Rank to a promotional deal.
Also in the card, unbeaten Ana Julaton figured in a decision draw with Johana Mendez after six rounds of action, according to Philboxing.com's Ed De la Vega, who was at ringside for the fights.
