Leuenbergers to join IRONMAN® 70.3 Davao

TRIATHLETE Ed Leuenberger and his daughter Katrina are joining the IRONMAN® 70.3 Davao slated on March 22 in Davao City.
The Leuenbergers of the Boondocks Team are the early registrants from Davao City.
“It will be the first time for Katrina to join the IRONMAN® 70.3,” said Ed Leuenberger.
Ed will compete in the 55-59 age group while Katrina will join in the 30-34.
The Leuenbergers saw action in last year’s Sprint distance held at the Samal Island.
IRONMAN® 70.3 Davao features a 1.9 km swim, 90 km bike, and 21.1 km run.
After a one-year break, IRONMAN® 70.3 Davao strengthens its 2026 edition with the introduction of a new bike course,
The event will also offer qualifying slots to the IRONMAN® 70.3 World Championship, reinforcing Davao’s place on the global IRONMAN racing calendar.
