Gaballo and Laurente to Co-Headline Sanman Boxing Event in Gensan

General Santos City, August 7, 2025 — Two of Gensan’s top boxing talents, Reymart Gaballo and Criztian Pitt Laurente, will headline an exhilarating fight night on August 31, Sunday at Venue 88. Both fighters are set to face formidable foreign opponents in pivotal bouts.
Former interim WBA/WBC World Bantamweight champion Reymart Gaballo (29-2) will take on Pawan Kumar Arya (7-2) in a 10-round bantamweight clash. Meanwhile, Unbeaten Criztian Pitt Laurente (14-0) will challenge Hebi Marapu (19-2) for the vacant IBF Pan Pacific Lightweight Title.
Gaballo expressed his excitement about fighting in his hometown, saying, “I’m always excited to fight in General Santos City. I will do my best to give a good show.” Laurente shared his enthusiasm for his first regional title shot under Sanman Boxing, stating, “My opponent is tough and a good challenge, but I will do my best to win the belt.”
The event also features notable undercard fighters including Jerald Into, Esneth Domingo, Gabriel Santisima, and Sem Enano. The night kicks off at 5:00 PM and promises a night full of action, right in the heart of Gensan.
