2025 PHILRACOM ROAD TO TRIPLE CROWN

The excitement is built as the Philippine Racing Commission (PHILRACOM) gears up for the highly anticipated Road to Triple Crown Stakes Race, set to take place on Sunday, at the Metro Manila Turf Club Inc. (MMTCI). This prestigious event will see a competitive field of thoroughbreds vying for glory over a distance of 1600 meters, with a total guaranteed gross prize of PHP 1,000,000.00 up for grabs. The race will take place under 52-54 handicapping weight conditions, promising a closely contested affair.
The stellar lineup features a mix of seasoned contenders and rising stars, highlighted by three formidable coupled entries, El Jaleo and La Luna both owned by Benjamin Abalos Jr., Habebi Scout and Pecotin Lady, owned by Running Rich Racing Inc., and Parade King and Vinalot Eyu, Owned by Melaine Habla.
Adding to the excitement are the individual entries, Heartfelt, owned by Tisha Sevilla guided by Louie C. Lunar; Babe in Hoblut, owned by Edmond Maceda guided by Jockey Andreu R. Villegas; Black Jack, owned by Lamberto C. Almeda and ridden by Jockey Conrad P. Henson; District One, representing SC Stockfarm with Jockey John Alvin Guce in the saddle; He's So Fine, owned by James Sevilla and ridden by Jockey Jeffrey B. Bacaycay; Natasha, owned by Luis Angelo Sevilla and will be ridden by Jockey John Allyson T. Pabilic; and Transform, owned by Hermino Esguerra to be ridden by Jockey John Sajhed R. De Ocampo
As the Road to the Triple Crown kicks off, PHILRACOM invites racing fans, stakeholders, and the general public to experience the speed, passion, and pride that define the sport of kings.
