RP Blu Girls Recognized at PSC Women in Sports Awards

The RP Blu Girls, the Philippines' national women's softball team, continue to make waves in the sporting world as they were honored at the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) Women in Sports Awards. During the awarding ceremony held at Century Park Hotel, team captains Charlotte Sales and Angelu Gabriel proudly accepted the recognition on behalf of the entire squad. The RP Blu Girls have long been a dominant force in Southeast Asian and global softball, consistently showcasing world-class talent, resilience, and determination. Their dedication to the sport has not only brought pride to the country but has also elevated the status of Philippine softball on the international stage.
Jean Henri Lhuillier, President of the Amateur Softball Association of the Philippines (ASA-PHIL) and a longtime supporter of the team, expressed his pride in the Blu Girls’ accomplishments. “The RP Blu Girls have consistently shown the world the talent and resilience of Filipina athletes. Their journey is a testament to their hard work, discipline, and commitment to excellence.
