WBC's Special Undisputed Light Heavyweight Belt is at Stake for Beterbiev vs. Bivol II in Saudi Arabia

Beterbiev (21-0; 20 KO’s) and Bivol (23-1; 12 KO’s) will fight for a very special belt called “Undisputed Light Heavyweight”, and the faces of both appear next to that of Don José Sulaimán, president for life of the WBC, and the legendary Muhammad Ali, in addition to images of the four most important boxing organizations.
“We are in the era of Saudi Arabia. Boxing has been a protagonist in the last two years because they have managed to put on fights that everyone wants to see. It is being able to return to the era of Don King, who had 5, 6, 7 world championships on his cards with Mike Tyson, Julio Cesar Chavez, Azumah Nelson, Ricardo Lopez, a large number of top-level champions,” said Mauricio Sulaiman, president of the World Boxing Council.
Dmitry Bivol and Artur Beterbiev will face each other again at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with an extraordinary card of seven world title fights.
The winner will soon face mandatory challenger David Benávidez.
