PhilBoxing.com

Managua, Nicaragua; Familiar faces kick off All Star Boxing, Inc 2025 season from the Iconic Olof Palme Convention Center in Managua, Nicaragua as Masaya’s former WBO World title challenger Gerardo “Cascabel” Zapata (14-2-1 5 KO’s) squares off against Panama’s Azael “Candelila” Villar (21-3-4 15 KO’s) for the vacant WBO Latino Title. The 10 Round rematch billed "Revenge" will be broadcasted live on ESPN Knockout starting at 9:00PM / EDT.

“An intriguing main event kicks off our 2025 Campaign, in a rematch fight that won fight of the year in Panama 2023.” “These two will settle the score once and for all in Nicaragua along with our First Lady Eveling Ortega" Closed Tuto Zabala Jr President of All Star Boxing, Inc

The undercard features the always thrilling WBO Latino Female Champion #4 WBA #2 Eveling “Colocha” Ortega (9-5 2 KO’s) of Acoyapa, Chontales against veteran Norleidy’s “Ametralladora” Graterol (14-2) in an 8-round clash. Colocha is known for her aggressive style and is currently ranked top 5 in two major sanctioning bodies. A win could see her land a title shot in her native country for the first time in History.

“I’m getting great work, finishing off camp with Don Nacho Berstien in the high altitude of Mexico City. “ stated Eveling Ortega “March 7th expect another great performance from me as I will represent all the women of Nicaragua a night before Women’s day.” Closed Ortega.

The telecast starts off with a pair of undefeated heavyweights in separate bouts. Jorge “Gigante” Silva (2-0 1 KO) of Managua, Nicaragua fights Cesar Lopez a pro debut of Guatemala City, Guatemala. Jeffrey Gonzalez (4-0 1 KO) faces an opponent to be determined.

5 more bouts will round off the card. First Bout 7:00PM. The show is bought to you by Felix “Tuto” Zabala Jr All Star Boxing, Inc and sponsored by Honda Enimosa along with AKG Roofing and Specialty Inc.
