"Canelo is a great fighter, but Crawford is on another level when it comes to ring intelligence," Atlas said. "He’s a master at adjusting mid-fight, and I think he’ll find a way to neutralize Canelo’s power and counterpunching. Atlas’s confidence in Crawford’s skills underscores the respect the Nebraska native has earned in the boxing world, even as he steps up three weight classes to face the Mexican superstar.

Madrimov’s Stark Verdict: "Not Even Close"
In contrast, super welterweight champion Israil Madrimov delivered a blunt assessment of the fight, siding firmly with Canelo Alvarez. In an interview with Ringside24, Madrimov dismissed Crawford’s chances, calling the fight "not even close."

"Canelo is too strong, too experienced at this weight," Madrimov said. "Crawford is a great fighter, but moving up to 168 pounds is a huge risk. Canelo’s power and body shots will be too much for him. I don’t see it being competitive."

Madrimov’s comments highlight the skepticism surrounding Crawford’s decision to jump weight classes, a move that has divided the boxing community.
